Bringing a completely new material to the market is always a little scary. We've put a substantial amount of time, expertise, and trial and error into Mylo as a biomaterial innovation. We know how much thought our design team and Patrick of Chester Wallace put into the design of the Driver bag and Puzzle pouch.
But your tremendous support in the first 24 hours has shown us that the world is ready for Mylo! Thank you!

Survey to better understand you
A month ago I had shared a link to a survey which will help us in building the platform as per your needs and requirements. We are also working on newer products so this survey will guide us in their development.
The last date to fill the survey is 31st August 2018. On 1st September, we will be randomly choosing 5 backers who have filled the survey to get Bolt Swag Mugs. In case you have not yet filled in the survey then we request you to please fill out the survey. It should not take you more than 5 minutes. The link to the survey has been sent out as a direct message to all the backers.
Shipping update
For some of the backers whose rewards were lost in shipment, we did not want to send them again via the same shipping company. We are in process of tying up with a different shipping partner and we should resume sending the shipments this week. We hope to complete resending of the missing shipments by early September 2018.

Please fill the survey
We still have 100 backers who are yet to fill the survey of the campaign. We request you to please fill it at the earliest. You must have received a mail from Backerkit with the subject line as 'Reminder -- Response needed to deliver your reward'. Let us know in case you are finding any difficulty in getting the E-Mail. Do check your SPAM folder in case it has landed there.
Shipping update
We have received a few messages from backers whose rewards have been lost during shipment by DHL. We plan to ship the replacement by next week. We are taking a bit of time since we don't want to send again via the same vendor and are negotiating with another shipping company for better rates. Be assured that we will ship a replacement to you.
We participated in the Maker Faire Bay Area in May 2018 and Maker Faire Detroit in July 2018. It was nice meeting some of our backers at these events and hearing about what they are building on Bolt.

Dear Backers,
Let us know if you have not yet received the reward. We completed shipping in April 2018. However, we realised that few of the rewards were lost by DHL during transit.
Be assured that we shall send replacements to all the backers whose rewards were lost. However, we request you to get in touch with us latest by 31st July 2018 in case you have not yet received your rewards so that we could look into the issue.
We will be exhibiting at this year’s 'Maker Faire Detroit’ being held at The Henry Ford, Dearborn, Michigan, USA. Visit our stall on 28th and 29th May 2018. Click here for more information about the event.
We have a few complimentary entry passes (worth $28) which we are looking at offering our Kickstarter Backers. If you are looking at attending the event then do let us know in the comments section of this update and we will send the passes to you.

Bolt IoT at Maker Faire Bay Area 2018

Bolt IoT will be at the Maker Faire Bay Area 2018
We’ve got some exciting stuff planned for the Bolt community at the Maker Faire. We’ll be displaying some fun projects built on Bolt like Smart Home and Gardening System, Bolt Temperature and Humidity Monitor, Cryptocurrency Alert System and many more.
Post the Maker Faire, we are organising Bolt Meetups in Bay Area, Seattle and Charleston. We shall share the registration details for these meetups as soon as they are finalised. Right now, we are looking for a space to host the Bay Area and Seattle meetups. Let us know in case you can help us with it.
Tracking your reward
We have completed the shipping of the rewards for all the backers except a few. Once again we apologise for such a long delay. While we had promised to ship in February 2018, we took two months extra for completing the process. Sorry!
In case you have not yet received your reward then you may track your shipment at https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com. For the tracking ID Just type INAPWBOLT followed by your backer number. For eg., if your backer number is 11, type in INAPWBOLT011 to track your reward. The DHL tracking will work for all the backers except for the ones from India and Singapore. In case you are from either of these countries and have not yet received the reward then please send us an E-Mail and we shall get back to you with the details.
Bolt is now on Integromat
This is one of the most exciting news of this update. One of the backers, Petr Malimánek, along with his team at Integromat have developed an awesome Bolt App on Integromat. Integromat is the most advanced online automation platform. With Integromat, you can now link various web-based services to Bolt and create cool projects and workflows using the Integromat GUI in just a few minutes.
I managed to create a VIP E-Mail notifier in just 10 minutes using Integromat. This project glows an LED and alerts me when an Important email has arrived. What makes it amazing is that I didn't have to write even a single line of code. Click here to check out my project.
